A note from Boston.
I joined Fidelity in 2020. Series 7, Series 66, on the advisor desk. By 2023 I was watching senior colleagues lose clients to "let me put you on hold while I check" — even when the answer had been written down, internally, four years before.
Cloud AI was a non-starter — the documents weren't allowed to leave. The on-prem options were retrieval theater dressed up as chatbot UI. So I left and built Verdict.
