VismayAI eliminates decision friction. We build AI products on a behavioral decision engine that evolves itself. Every product closes the gap between question and confident action. The time it returns goes to the people doing the work.

My background sits at the intersection of regulated finance and enterprise product. Series 7 and Series 66 on a major U.S. wealth management firm's advisor service desk, alongside work as a business analyst, Scrum Master, and IT product owner shipping enterprise software.
On the service desk, even colleagues with twenty years of experience were stuck on "let me put you on hold while I check" — for answers that had been documented internally, and updated for years. There were no AI tools available. The on-prem options were retrieval theater. Most enterprise AI pilots stall between proof-of-concept and production. So I built Verdict to start in production. The tool I wish I'd had on the desk.
Then I started looking at the bigger pattern: meetings where everything the team was meant to cover was already answered by the tools. That became Unmeet. All products share one thesis: AI should eliminate the friction between a question and a confident, correct action. If yours faces these problems, I'd love to show you what we've built.

Every company is built by people who came to do something that matters — serve customers, build products, solve problems no one else can.
Then the day disappears. Into the meeting that didn't quite need to happen. The fifteen minutes lost searching for an answer someone already wrote down. The standup where every blocker was already on the project board.
None of this is anyone's failure. It's decision friction in action: the information exists, the people are capable, but the gap between question and confident action is too wide. That's the gap our products close.
That's the gap we're trying to close. Verdict gives your employees the cited, confidence-scored answer their job depends on. From your own documents, in seconds. Unmeet gives leadership the clarity to keep the meetings that matter and reclaim the ones that don't. Two products doing the same thing in different forms: giving your people back the time to do the work they came to do.
Decision friction hides in every knowledge-heavy organization. Verdict and Unmeet are how we close it today. Each is a different angle on the same problem, both running on the same behavioral decision engine.
Helps your employees make faster, better decisions without escalating, searching, or sitting on hold. Cited, confidence-scored answers from your own documents, in seconds. Powered by our behavioral decision engine. Deploys on-prem, in your cloud, or hybrid.
Shows leadership which meetings are still earning their place — and gives them a clear view of where the reclaimed time can move the business forward.
We're a small operation, building openly. Here's the honest picture today.

Early companies make trade-offs every day. Some are negotiable. These four aren't.
Run on hardware you already own or buy new. Open-source models for the baseline. Cloud only when volume demands it. The model is a commodity. Our behavioral decision engine is the product.
Every claim names a source. The model only ships answers it can cite. This applies to Verdict's document retrieval and Unmeet's confidence scoring alike.
Verdict's decision corpus gets richer with every accepted answer. Unmeet's scoring sharpens with every meeting cycle. The longer you run them, the more institutional knowledge they hold.
Our tools surface where work is moving and where it's stuck — at the team and system level. It's a foundational design choice across both products.
We design our products around four roles. Each carries different work, asks different questions, and gets value back in a different way.
Answers questions all day. Verdict delivers a cited, compliant answer in seconds — with the confidence of knowing exactly where it came from.
Owns what gets said and how decisions get documented. Verdict provides an auditable trail behind every answer — proof that policy is being followed.
Owns team velocity. Unmeet shows which standups, retros, and planning sessions are still earning their place — and which hours can return to the codebase.
Sees how the whole organization spends its hours. Unmeet surfaces meeting load across every department on one dashboard — and shows where the time can move.
Think of it as every helpful colleague in your organization, sitting next to you, ready to answer at your command — without ever needing a break, a coffee, or a meeting.
Verdict is the infrastructure AI runs on: retrieval, citations, compliance, audit. So when more capable agents arrive in your operations, they have somewhere reliable to land. Unmeet makes every meeting that happens count. All products close the same gap. Every feature earns its place by closing one. If it doesn't, it doesn't belong.
Both products are early. We're looking for design partners — organizations willing to test our tools on their own workflows and help shape them into what their teams actually need. Early partners get direct access to me, products built around their actual problems, and pricing that reflects their role in shaping what comes next.
